Last year, throughout 2022, I completed 100.000 burpees.

I learned a lot during that time.

This included finding answers to questions I did not want to ask.

Because I knew, in my heart, that I would not like the answers.

But I also knew that those are the questions I needed to ask.

Because when the lights are off and nobody is watching and you have nowhere to hide and all you have is a dark room and your own dark thoughts, you know.

You know.

YOU know.

Whether you are where you are supposed to be. Where you want to be. Where you need to be.

I was not.

And I knew.

And it hurt.

And I did nothing.

For a long time.

Until it hurt enough that I decided to do something about it.
